It is a well equipped gym with all the facilities provided. The trainers are well trained and friendly. I would like to give a special mention to Chandan who is a trainer over here. He's excellent in his work. He helps me everytime when I'm in need. I would definitely recommend all to come here and take training from him.
The entire facility is really well maintained and clean. The quality of the trainers working on the floor, though, has made the entire gym more approachable.
Because of his history in sports, Chandan bhaiya has been my trainer and is quite knowledgeable about the various body parts. Instead of just providing me the usual weight and machine exercises, he has been focusing on improving my entire fitness. He is incredibly supportive and helpful.

Amazing facilities. The equipments are all top notch and very updated. My trainer is Chandan sir, he has been very supportive and helped me a lot with my workout. Being new to gym I was very sceptical about my routine but he helped me getting accustomed to it and made it very easy for me. It's a good gym with different offerings for all.
I have been a member of this establishment for almost a year now. I usually take the three month package as it benefits my programme. On a personal note, one of the eminent trainers of the gym, Mr. Rizwan has really helped me over the past few months by guiding me on the right regimen and training methods as well as the optimum diet for my weight class. I would definitely recommend him as well as the gym as a whole which was one of the finest crew to guide you in your weight loss or strength training programmes.
The up keep of the entire facility is very good and hygienic. But what's make the entire gym more approachable is the quality of the trainers on floor.
I have been training with Chandan, because of sports background he is able to understand the body parts very well. He has been concentrating on my overall fitness than just giving me a regular weight and machine exercises. With his help I have been not only lose the unwanted fats but develop mobility.

The gym is very spacious and has ample equipments. The trainers have been very helpful specially Chandan who is always there to help you and guide you properly.
The gym is ok would love more ventilation and windows. They have very less weight plates a stuff they need to stock up. The cardio section is very tight. The other areas of the gym where you have yoga and the snack bar are quite good.
