One of the best, well equipped and well maintained gym in the area. The thing that impressed me the most is the way of conduct, etiquettes and their style of management. Friendly, cooperative, understanding staffs and trainers who help you, guide you and push you harder to break the barriers and achieve your goal in a perfect way. I am really grateful to all the staffs and my instructor for being so good at their job they do relentlessly, effortlessly everyday, every minute to serve customers like us in the best way possible. Thanks again!
Not a fan. The gym has basic equipment and has timely repair of any machine breakdowns. But the trainers won't help you at all even if they spot you doing any exercise incorrectly. I asked one of them to tell me if I was doing a particular wall push up correctly and he was so nonchalant. Souvik is a good trainer but he has too many PPL to train so he's mostly unavailable to talk. The receptionists are only there to bark at you to make you pay your monthly subscription. The gym is crowded and there's less space to carry out individual exercises but is just sufficient.

Probably the best and well equipped gym in garia. Pretty good environment and ample space for regular workout. The receptionist is a very kind lady and she will always greet you well. Trainers are also helpful but they won't help you much unless you take a personal coach (well that's how it is). Love this gym!!!
Ambions are very good ana beautiful .The trainers are very cooperative.All the stuffs are very helpful.All times electricity is available and Air-conditioning.And Specially The receptionist is very charming and cute and very friendly .I love my Gym very much .
