I had a very bad experience here regarding the food and service and management I asked for a keema naan and they gave me something stuffed with onions in the name of keema naan and the waiter was arguing with me when I asked about it manager was not even responding such a disgusting behaviour I'll never recommend it please don't go

Very good restaurant for mutton/chicken biryani. The only thing we are missing here is that pieces in biryani, show poor maintenance of the restaurant. Management needs to take a look over the staff if required revamped and appointment proper working staff. Outside of the hotel parking assistance if provided properly that would also fetch genuine customers. Kritunga has a genuine customer base and reputation. I hope this continues.

If you want tasteless but spicy chili-coated food, then you must go to this hotel. By the way, don't be surprised if the server insists and tries to change your mind to try their special items. They simply add a 'special' tag to the item and bill more. Additionally, servers openly demand more tips. If you leave a 50 Rs currency note as a tip, they request, 'Sir, please 100 Rs.' The food quality is the worst, and the service is appalling.

Huge menu to choose with. All dishes are delicious . Spicy hot dishes are served. For me personally all are fine but I don't prefer biryani here.

Tried Panneer birayani which was good and spicy. All tho I enjoyed the taste and mixture of their spices... atmosphere is good and crowd was minimal (Saturday).

Disastrous Dining Experience: Negligent Service and Abysmal Maintenance! I recently had the misfortune of dining at Kritunga, and I must say it was a truly dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the service abysmal, but the lack of maintenance in this establishment was downright appalling. Let me share the excruciating details of my visit, which left me thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. As I sat down, it took an agonizingly long time for a server to even acknowledge my presence. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unengaged, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. When my order was finally taken, the server had the audacity to get it wrong not once, but twice! The level of incompetence displayed was beyond comprehension. To add insult to injury, the wait for my food was agonizingly lengthy. As I glanced around the restaurant, I noticed that other diners were also experiencing significant delays in their orders. It was a clear indication of a poorly managed kitchen and an inept staff unable to handle even a moderate influx of customers. As if the poor service and subpar food weren't enough, the restroom facilities were a whole other nightmare. The washrooms were filthy, with overflowing trash bins, broken fixtures, and a distinct odor that made it impossible to spend more than a few seconds inside. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority for this establishment. The final nail in the coffin was the exorbitant prices. For the low-quality food, terrible service, and dismal ambiance, the prices were downright outrageous. It felt like an insult to my intelligence and a complete rip-off. In conclusion, my experience at Kritunga was a complete disaster. From the neglectful service to the appalling maintenance, there was nothing redeeming about this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to save their time and money and seek a better option. There are countless other restaurants that offer superior service, delicious food, and a clean environment, which are far more deserving of your patronage.

These guys really suck at native taste. Ambience is good but food wasn't up to the mark. We went there for tasting authentic natu kodi as it belongs to rayalaseema and it was the worst natu kodi ever, natukodi pulusu was tasteless and natukodi fry was the worst. We ordered garlic fish which was stinking. We tried bamboo chicken which wasn't tasty either. We have asked for egg biryani and pot biryani, it's all the names these guys put on the menu but nothing is tasty at this Kritunga branch please. Even the trees around was fake. Service was quick and good which is the only positive thing . I'll never visit this kritunga restaurant and I'll ask not to go here please.

All time my favorite.... They deliver the spicy biryani as expected in any branch.. The theme , interior, greenary, landscape... I liked it very much.. Tasted pot biryani... I can say i liked it... 4/5 Chicken magestic..not sure why i feel ok ok.. But chef needs improvement about this dish.. 3/5
