Kritunga restaurant kompally The Palegar's cuisine - Indian restaurant in Hyderabad, Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Actually this is one of the favourite restaurant in kompally. But in my last visit I was disappointed with the service and food. Mainly I am disappointed with the service. They took to serve food after ordering approximately half an hour to 40 minutes. Also less staff to serve and take order. Food quality also not good. Overall my experience is this is not the standards of a 'palegor's Kritinga Restaurant.

I was disappointed with both the taste and presentation of the food. The dishes I ordered didn't live up to the standard I had experienced in the past, there may have been a change in the kitchen staff or a deviation from the original recipes. Moving on to the presentation, I noticed a significant drop in the attention to detail. Previously, each dish was beautifully arranged, with garnishes and vibrant colors that made the food visually appealing. However, during my recent visit, the plating seemed rushed and lacked the finesse I had seen before. This lack of attention to presentation could be indicative of a decrease in their overall commitment to maintaining quality standards. Another aspect that caught my attention was the faulty brand name light display. The fact that the restaurant's branding display was malfunctioning does raise questions about their attention to detail and overall commitment to maintaining a high standard. While it may seem like a minor issue, it can create an impression that the restaurant is not as concerned with maintaining quality as they should be. In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I was disappointed and I hope they take steps to address these issues and regain their excellence.

Visited this place in weekdays. Had dinner. located above Bajaj electronics on the 2nd floor. Parking space is small. Need to climb up to the 2nd floor . Tasted chicken dum biryani and naatukodi pulav. Both tasted so good and delicious. Prices are bit high. Ambiance is very pleasant and good. Less crowded. Food quantity served was moderate. One full biryani will hardly sufficient for 2 members.

Food and service both are bad. Especially mashroom masala, there wasnt even 1 mashroom piece in the curry, instead there were this weird looking dough pieces, which tasted so bad But the ambience was good

All positive reviews are fake written by their friends. Food is not fresh and also not tasty. Tried chickens biryani and mutton biryani. Both are bad. Restaurant also doesn't smell good.

Kritunga is known brand for serving regional spicy food across the city . It has started a new outlet at Kompally , the ambience gives the traditional vibe and is decent family diner . Coming to food they have added rolls in the menu and also tried their known specialities. My recommendations will be Nalli gosht biryani, ragi sangati with natu Kodi and mutton curry .

Food was below average. Just liked Crispy chicken and nothing else.. ordered Loose prawns - Too salty Raagi mudda- Did not like Mutton miryali curry - did not like Pot biryani - average Kitkat shake - v good Crispy chicken - excellent ... This was my 1st visit but will never visit this place again... Ambiance is very good Staff are good but not trained enough- One of the person who was serving us biryani, spilled the food to much on the table.. bad experience ... I felt my money was wasted for the 1st time...

Not sure why we are not having the quality of food from original Krutunga Madhapur or Kurnool. Happening with new branches. We couldn't have few things ordered and those are regular items.
