I had ordered Ragi ball and Guthi vankay. Worst food. Brinjal so dry not fresh. Chutney offered with ragi ball was already Frozen and spoilt. And ordered Nati Kodi curry.. this was pathetic, chicken was not even cooked enough. Highly disappointed with the food..! It's yuck!! Highly adviced not to have at this restaurant.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant in Anantapur. The service was abysmal - not only was there a lack of salads, but the biryani was carelessly placed on the table and left there untouched for over 10 minutes, attracting small flies. What's worse, the Ragi Mudda and Kaju Biryani I ordered were never even served. After waiting for half an hour, I had to cancel my order. The final disappointment came when they couldn't even provide finger bowls, a basic expectation. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating dining experience.

Pathetic service. Yak food. Don't go with the name as we did. We went there with lot of expectations. But the food was with no salt not at all spicy. Chicken was half cooked. Unhygienic place with zero maintainance. Don't waste ur valuable money. I wish I can convey my disappointment with main kritunga head. They gave franchise to the people who are Not up to mark of satisfaction of customers. It's a suggestion to the people who are managing this Kritunga, kindly change the name of ur restaurant because I have spent 1100 with zero satisfaction.
There's no kritunga restaurant here. I checked all the buildings nearby & didn't find it....some people I enquired are saying like it was closed long back while the others were not even aware of it.
Today we have ordered chicken noodles and chicken pakoda through swiggy from kritunga. The food is not even properly cooked. There are no spices added in chicken noodles. Waste of food and money. Wasted 480 rs. Please dont order food from kritunga. .
