Today I went to hospital and waited for 1hour. Before going I tried to call to save waiting time but no one picked up my call. The receptionist girl very arrogant when I told about not answering my call. She even not switched on ceiling fan and told me sit outside in the corridor. I came to know that the Doctor is very nice but due ill treatment by the girl, I took back my consultation fee of Rs 300 and went back before Doctor's arrival. Regret to say because of behaviour of staff, the doctor loses some patients. I wanted to tell all this to Dr but unfortunately he was not available.
Very good treatment, have very patience and discuss the problem with patient. Not in hurry. Staff also very cooperative
