I visited yesterday with my family and my beegle pet, we had a wonderful time, dinner was good, Rooms were very clean and different experience. Had a comfortable stay. On the whole it was a nice experience, I will surely come again.

The worst resort ever. The manager was too rude to care about the guest. The website shows a lot of amenities available but it has none, not even a Wi-Fi. They charge high amount just for few hours. If there was an option to give stars in negative i would have done that.

Very funny on your part, all bad reviews people were drunk and was in hangover, super reason found. Very smartly charging customers with no proper service. Spent many holidays and hotels and resorts but never found like Krystalresort. You never responded to customer issues when present physically and now blaming completely on us. When can't provide services then rethink before doing business. Thanks for atleast responding here.

Located in a quiet and calm village environment, with clean rooms and helpful service staff, our stay with KristalKool would have been a pleasant one if not for the power issues we had to deal with. This property doesn't have any power backups. We stayed here for Feb 25-26. Power went off sometime around night, and we ended up staying in our room without electricity for nearly 6-7 hours. This was a major let down for us who came here after a strenuous day out at Nandi Hills, and hoping to have a good nights' rest.

Calm, clean and homely place. It was a gem of a place which we accidently found while looking for a place for my pets during Diwali. Its a calm and beautiful half acre property on the Nandi hills road with landscape garden. Clean, budget rooms. Bipin, the care taker was very polite and helpful. We just loved the homely food he prepared in our three day stay. There is also option to order from outside.

Haven't stayed here and would not even make an attempt to do so considering how rude and snappy whoever handling the WhatsApp query service is. For starters, there is no information on the website regarding what is allowed or not on the property. Drinking, smoking whatever. People who would like to filter their options considering these things in mind, when not finding any information on those fronts will reach out to the WhatsApp queries. Upon confirming the query the only response we were met with is a snarky comment on how anybody choosing to drink in the resort is looking for a drinking den which is highly presumptive and unprofessional. Any query of any sort is supposed to be dealt with politely even if it isn't allowed on your property. Moreover the question we asked was completely neutral and nothing out of the blue. The rudeness showed to us over WhatsApp was unneeded and uncalled for.

New property, enroute to Nandi hills, plenty of options for food, property has tie up with nearby restaurants Viz., Nandi Upachar, Approva Andhra Style, Amaravathi, Rigan and food is delivered. Its a serene property with absolute privacy, v check-in as couple and had a pleasant stay. We drive down to Nandi hills, and spent quite evening at the property. Property doesn't have WiFi facility but anyways these days v have our own data on our phone . Property doesn't have power backup, but during our stay v had power outage twice for few minutes only & so did not face any issue. Stay was pleasant, staff were friendly, we shall visit again.

One of the worst experience i have had ever, if u r going just only to sleep and vacate the room, then i would encourage all to go for it, but if u are going with friends to have fun or to enjoy, then its a big No.. Felt like being in Hostel, lot of restrictions, no one stayed in the hotel when we stayed apart from the so called Manager and Room boy, and no nearby houses or shops too, but u will get a call every 15mints from the Manager for all silly things, but when we really wanted to have a conversation with the Manager while check out, he hides somewhere. They will nod their head for everything before booking, but not after that. Worst stay to the core, think twice before anyone chooses to stay here, infact don't think of it only. I would suggest to change the name from Kristalkool Resort to Kristalkool Jail or Hostel. I believe all the good reviews are paid reviews or within the management people's
