Good ambience and well received by staff. The ambience is good. It is in corner of airport so good place Rates are little high as compare to outside prices. Accept both debit and credit car. There is good space to park you luggage trolly.Around 43seats shop. Must visit while on terminal 3.
The glazed doughnuts were good and fresh but the assorted ones were kind of stale.
I tasted worst donut at Kristy kreme outside delhi airport. I am sure it was stale. It was hard and cold..
Most disgusting DONUT EVER* Packaging - 1/5 ( nothing to hold the donuts in their original position ) Quality - 1/5 ( Worst quality oil loaded with dry raw rough ) Quantity - 2/5 ( what's the point of quantity when the quality is miserable ) Sugar level - 1/5 ( could not even feel sugar as oil was so high ) - the donuts were miserable - worst quality with packaging - worst taste no wonder why Krispy Kreme is not growing in India.
Krispy kreme is one of my favourite donut brands. But the Delhi airport store really made it my worst experience. They literally served me a cold donut and there wasn't even anyone standing behind me. There was no rush. But simply poor service. Obviously the donut tasted as if it was made 2-3 days back.
Love the donuts a lot.. awesome choice and selection..there r 2 stores 1 on the domestic and the other on t3, the domestic store runs deals..this 1 does not..
This review is for the Store at IGI airport, (domestic gates). The person who was serving was in so much rush (god knows what else was his priority other than serving his customers). The coffee glass was so cheap that you can not hold that one for long. And last but not the least they don't provide even one napkin for the take away orders (might be saving for some other purposes). In total I DID NOT LIKE IT and I WON't recommend anyone.
