Krishnavalsam Regency - Hotel in Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I'd rate it as a 3-star experience. The breakfast buffet, though good, had limited options. The room was just okay in terms of size. It was a disappointment that basic amenities like the dental kit were missing in the bathroom, requiring us to request them. On the plus side, the hotel's proximity to Guruvayur Temple was a definite advantage.

It is very close to the temple. Neat and clean rooms. Plenty of parking space. Morning complementary breakfast was poor in taste. The food which we pay for dinner tastes good.

I'd like to start by highlighting the convenience of the location; it's remarkably close to the Guruvayoor temple. A mere small road stands between the hotel and the temple premises. This makes it an ideal choice, especially if you're traveling with elderly parents. The only aspect I found less favorable was the pricing, which leans toward the higher side. The hotel features an in-house restaurant, but the vegetarian food options are expensive. Despite this, their services and amenities are commendable. The staff is responsive and open to feedback, ensuring prompt service and addressing any concerns you may have.

Highly recommended!! Just go for it, I travelled from Mumbai and stayed with my family for 2 days. Amazing hotel to stay near Guruvayoor temple. Room service is very good and they also have a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, try out their Veg noodles.

Superb Rooms. Well behaved and supportive staff. Location very very near to Guruvayoor temple. Food is Ok. But food choice and quality can improve. Will surely opt to stay here, whenever I visit Guruvayoor temple.

The stay was very comfortable. Room is very spacious. Food very sumptous. The working staff are very polite and they welcome customers with their beautiful smile. Overall i will plan my next stay soon. Now also take the freedom with few suggestions. 1. Wifi password to be displayed in the room. 2. The Menu has to be corrected. Its showing 24 hour room service but actually its not so. 3. Toiletary items like brushes, tooth paste, shaving kit to be made available. These are only the few that come to my mind. Super close proximity to the temple. Such good staff who is always ready to help with a warm smile. Such a pleasant experience. Have never been this happy with any other hotels at Guruvayoor. Highly recommended

Delighted to write this review after conducting the wedding of my daughter at Krishnavalsam Regency a few days ago. Really a great place for hosting medium sized wedding events and accommodation of the guests. Availed almost all facilities here including ground floor hall for previous day celebrations, top floor hall for the wedding event, adjacent dining hall for sadhya and all rooms. The hotel is centrally air-conditioned, each room well maintained and equiped with facilities & amenities. Adequate parking for 40 cars in the basement and some infront of the hotel. Guests to the wedding started flowing in by 2.30 pm the previous day. The hotel is situated in close proximity to the Temple at North Nada and easy access to Temple is possible just by crossing the Inner Ring Road. This made it possible for our guests to visit the Temple in a relaxed manner and to pray at the shrine of Lord Guruvayoorappan. The same evening, we held the wedding eve celebrations in the ground floor hall accompanied with live orchestra/ band, dakshina to elders etc. and delicious vegetarian buffet dinner. The hotel provided breakfast to the guests in the next day morning. After tying the wedding knot at the Kalyana Mandapam infront of the temple around 8.15 am, further ceremonies were held in the top floor hall from 11.00 am onwards. An excellent Kalyana Sadhya followed, enjoyed by all the guests. And our sincere thanks to the Mgt., GM, each and everyone of Staff for the kind of service & hospitality received. I would like to make a special mention of Sri Sujith UC, Events Manager of the hotel, for his extreme dedication in precisely planning, organising and conducting our life event in the best beautiful way we desired. Also extend our heartfelt thanks to Sri Jithin Blueberry for the themed decorations with fresh flowers, illuminations etc. In short, Krishnavalsam Regency is definitely recommended as an ideal venue for conducting destination weddings at the Pilgrim location of Guruvayoor.
