Just walked in here without reading any reviews, were absolutely baffled by the overall experience. Cool ambiance, fluorescent lighting, mouth watering dishes and much more. Started with papa soup, I must admit it's very authentic and tasty, a bit spicy though. Enjoyed the taste of original pays soup after a long time. From starters, went for rayalaseema chicken fry, tenderly boiled, drenched in spices, cooked to perfection. Then, ordered their signature ragi sangati mudda and the ever famous mutton pulusu. This combo is something every foodie would love, especially those having appetite for traditional dishes. It's a must try if you are here. Ambiance is spacious and delightful, tables neatly arrange with lot of space to move around. Service is very fast, there were only when I dropped in here, not sure how fast it would be in times of crowd. Overall a good place to visit along with family and friends to have wonderful authentic rayalaseema dishes.
No water given in glass you should buy a water bottle unlike other krishnatunga This branch is not giving minimum hospitality and I usually go to kuktapally krishnatunga in the ushamulapudi road Their taste is good I usually have gongurapapu nathukodipulusu and ragimudda We can't compare taste a big thumb down
I have ordered mutton kheema biriyani. It was spicy to the hell. The waiter didnt told me earlier that it would be spicy by default and we have to say medium spicy before ordering it. Basically i am from Andhra and can handle spice levels but this was way too much for me. When I complained about it they cared least about it and took it back, added some plain rice and gave it back to me. All the negative reviews on google are infact very true & genuine. The waiters and the manager sitting at the desk are the most irresponsible people to run a chain of hotels. No customer service at all Highly disappointed!!! Zero stars

Actually there is a big trap for the customers of kritunga restaurant. From the glow sign to interior, glasses, jugs every thing was imitating kritunga restaurant only. The shocking thing is until I start reviewing the restaurant I didn't find any difference at all. You may think how foolish he was but trust me it was Xerox of kritunga restaurant.. even menu is also same. I have ordered mutton fry and Gongura mutton biryani. After 20minutes starter came with some bad smell . After long waiting of 25minutes we got biryani this time we got same smell mutton pieces and raw garlic which are not even peeled garlic. No one will come and serve you so do self service. I asked for feedback box they said nothing is here .
