The best hospital for Kidney ailment ( Free Dialysis treatment ). I loved every bit of the services from the lab to the lift, from nursing to the housekeeping or canteen services that this hospital provides. The Nephrologist is one the best Doctor that I have ever met till date. He is the best. We loved the way he tries to make the patient feel comfortable before treatment. Staff is very polite and helpful. All in all everything about this hospital is great.

The customer service at this hospital was really nice. The executives spent some time with me to explain my options when it comes to financing the treatment as well insurance options. People go to a hospital in distress more often than not, and in such scenarios it's really important for the executives and doctors to take the time and interact with the patient even when they are not a VIP.
