Krishna Valley Wellness Resort Vrindavan - Hotel in Jait, Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Worst experience in this hotel. For one night this hotel is not worth 4K. When we checked in for 2 rooms, the hotel rooms that we were given were dirty. There were food plates and used towels in the washroom. When we complained we were told that we checked in the wrong rooms. Then we got two other rooms full of foul smell. When we complained we were told the entire hotel is booked so they can't change it. The bed sheets were dirty with HAIR and there were patches of some fluid on the bed sheet and the pillow covers. Which just proves that even the bed sheets were not changed!! Thankfully I was carrying my own bed sheet so I used it to sleep. The bathrooms looked like they had not been washed since years. There was dirt on the WC. Everything felt dirty and disgusting. I don't know how I survived. In my stay of one night there were at least 7-8 power cuts throughout the day. The entire reception area and lounge area is filled with foul smell of smoke/food 24/7. The entire cost for two nights was 8000 and I honestly feel scammed WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel service was not good. The bathroom was not maintained. They don't provide breakfast previously they said breakfast is there. Also they don't serve tea or coffee. We asked many times for cutlery they didn't give. I have to be reminded many times for hot water in the bathroom. Overall a pathetic experience.

Best place ever.Cleanest bed.The most cozy bed of my life.The place looks so loyal. The bathroom is very clean.Best view.The bed is also very soft. The restaurant was quite far from my room. The swimming pool's water was quite cold

Third class hotel never suggest anyone to book room. Staff is bad I don't want to call hotel. Dharmshala is better than this so please don't book otherwise you will loose your hard earn money.

Awsm Experience of Staying here. Well maintained room... Wonderful Service! Must visit this Hotel.. U will enjoy the swimming pool too.

Had a long walk to reach lift than rooms Room was good but had a foul smell and walls were damp.washroom had very foul smell. Ordered food which was delivered after 1 hour. Not good experience overall

A welcoming staff but too costly according the room I check the led tv it's not working shower is not working and also toilet flusher is not working I informed the staff but no one came for fix the issue and towels are very old used ,water is too salty for brush and bath they served open used water bottles and the dinner is also not good and costly they just chasing money not a good stay

Facilities very good. Service is turning things down. Poor quote way more inflated beyond the nearest competitor for same facilities. More troublesome was AC not working and staff says it is, i am sweating it out and staff is asking to be patient as it takes time for environs to cool off. finally learnt due to maintenance AC is off since long. Waited too long to have 5 min discussion for party being planned. During heatwave conditions water being served is not cool. I mean hospitality is missing in Hotel.
