I have booked ticket with paytm.. from delhi to lucknow. They have first told the bus was delay for half an hour and later told bus will be late to 4 hours. When i asked for refund from paytm they are asking to connect this worst bus service provider. Both paytm n shree krishna just playing. Seems its just their habit per checking their reviews.

The worst experience I could get in any bus. We, a group of 8 students, booked this(non AC for 745 each) from Kanpur to Agra using RedBus. The bus came 3 hrs late and we had to walk 1km from the mentioned arriving place to get the bus. The worst part is when we entered the bus, the conductor was drunk and people were already slept on our seats. Only two of us were given sleepers and others had to adjust. They first took money from us and others. Because of this experience, our trip to Agra also went bad because we were sleeping during trip. If possible I would have given negative reviews. Also I advice you to never travel through their buses. Also they promised that we will get the refund we did not.

This bus is cheating to its customers in its best. You buy your ticket online. First they will come late by 2 to 3 hours. Then they wouldn't even come to proper bus stoppage. They will ask you to walk for some kms to get to the bus. And then in bus, you just find that your seat is gone (sold to someone else). Then they will tell you that you will get your refund and you can take any seat empty or just adjust with someone like you who does not have seat. When it comes to refund, they just refuse completely. In first step, they don't even talk to you. Then they would ask you to file a case online. But there too, they contact the bus Manager and you feel like you have been exhausted even after paying the full money for comfort. Such a worst experience that my whole trip was wasted just because of them.

I have read so many negative reviews of Shree Krishna Bus Service, but my train was cancelled and due to unavailability of alternative transport, I have booked the bus from Delhi to Bharatpur. I was in metro to reach the pickup location and a person from the company contacted me. He told that the bus to Bharatpur was cancelled but he will drop me at Mehandipur Balaji and then arrange another bus from there and ended the call. I call him back to enquire about the night journey, and he talked very badly to me. I immediately leave his trap and arrange another bus for Mathura and then came to Bharatpur. You can also see that there is not a single apology or reply on the bad reviews given by so many victims. This shows the very unprofessional behaviour of the company. Also, bus booking platforms should ban this travel agency.

My experience was very disappointing. Yesterday I booked two ticket from paytm. The departure time of the bus was 9:05pm I waited for the bus for almost 3 hr's and the bus didn't come. The sim number of conductor mentioned on ticket was off. The customer care service of shrikrishna was not giving any answer they were just saying anything they want. They don't have any bus it's all a fraud. So I suggest if you want to get fooled like me then book ticket from shree krishna bus service.

very bad services, please don't book ticket with them, i have booked ticket from Bhiwadi to Kaila Devi and at last time they cancelled bus. Behavior of staff also very bad. They have taken this very lightly. They are not deserving for single star.

Very rude behaviour by bus conductor....they called me once by mistake i did not pich up the phone after just 5 sec i call the guy ..and the rply was that bus nikal gyi ab kal aana ....Never again i will book the bus and not let anyone else do it... Can there be a police complaint against them So that they stop fraud with people

This bus was a nightmare of an experience. Not punctual at all and have ridiculously overcharged tickets. And when the bus does come, being late by 2-3 hours, be prepared to find that your seat has ALSO been sold to some other passenger. TOTAL RIPOFF!
