I am living here since 2 years as a tenant. Building is good but still some parts are not completed. Amenities are available like swimming pool, gym, kids play area, walkways, multi level car park, visitors car park. Security also available. Maintenance staff and cleaning staff also available. What lacks is the permanent power supply from the Bescom. Also, no society is available for building. Otherwise locality is good. Everything is available nearby. People are good here and many things are celebrated as a community.
A good society to live with the family members. So many advantages with few disadvantages.
Good property in Baglur main road / kattigenhalli. They provide all amenities. It also have lots of open space
The location is top class , building is a mess and the builder ,KRISHNA ENTERPRISES (HOUSING & INFRASTRUCTURES) INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED known as KEPL is Fraud builder, BEWARE of this builder. Haven't completed any of the projects & all the project of KEPL are ongoing. Krishna shelton is incomplete till today without Occupancy certificate and Permanent Power & Many other amenities . The Krishna Shelton Welfare Association has approached RERA for the delay and the matter is with RERA , RERA court has ordered "NO Sale" at Krishna Shelton until RERA notifies about it.
This property is fraud, they took 1 Lakh from me as a booking amount of Flat Number B-1105 and they sold the same flat to some other party. Now when I am asking for the refund they are telling go and ask to the person who received your cheque. (Who was the employee there.) I have all the papers and banks transaction details.
The management is very poor, and they have given a team to maintain the premises which is not so good.
Since 2012 Incomplete project, no amenities, no basic utilities and facilities, no permanent residential BESCOM, private unauthorized electricity meters for individual flats, no proper lifts, no fire and safety, useless security, seepages and leakages, builder charges maintenance and electricity from owners and residents, no receipts for the same, 3rd party maintenance agency brought by builder only for harassing residents, no CC, no OC. Stay at your own risk.
