Rooms are good, Food is excellent they have a cruise restaurant as well for dinning staff is helpful they have lawn for marriage function as well.. had a great experience highly recommended..

Its an amazing place and the water park if fun. Plus cherry on the cake was food, its delicious, cheese chilli toast is a must try. Overall our experience was superb, service was fast, staff was very polite and good.

Is there any option for giving zero stars? 3rd class hotel. I would not recommend to anyone. Bedsheets not clean. No flush water in room, hence changed the room. Breakfast was also partially cooked. Water bottles was also not sealed. Considering this their charges are high.

This was the worst hotel stay in my entire life. I regret the decision of investing my time and money at this disastrous place. There is no option to give zero star hence I am giving 1 star 1. The place is not value for money, I booked a forest view room but I was provided a no view room with no explanation 2. I booked the room at 2700 from Goibibo and during check-in, the reception guy in a low confidence voice asked me to pay additional Rs 338. I rejected his request as I shouldn't pay anything extra as I have done my full payment on the Goibibo app. I think they scam people who have lack of knowledge or are introverts 3. No water bottles provided, AC not working initially, all the lights, fan, wall paint, tv, switches etc. everything was broken 4. The washroom condition was worst than a hostel toilet. Too unhygienic, just check the pictures and judge the level of dirty washroom is provided by this resort. Shame! 4. The place is too isolated, with low staff and feels very negative vibe here and the staff is careless about their guests. The stair case and lobby area are dark as well. Go at your own risk 5. The room was stinking very bad. The bed and sheets were torn and stinking like rotten socks. Pathetic experience. You will definitely die if you stay for long here or might get some lung disease due to the foul smell 6. Won't stay here even for free 7. Water park rides are for showcase, there are barely 2-3 rooms filled with guests and the condition of rides is poor and nobody uses them 8. Scam place! Run Run, save your time, money, moond, day, health and life!!!

I had my engagement marriage arranged here for 2 days. Poor cooperation Elements promised were not were not provided. Fully distorted my wedding day. Food preparation area was given far away from the food point. My relatives had to arrange scooter for to and fro of food No hot water no drinking water provided. Decoration promised was of old unwashed material in poor state. On top other client decoration started in area allocated to us. Totally spoiled important day of my Life. Not recommended for any functions

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Cost is high compared to the service they provide. They have a mini water park with a few slides in the property, Ideally they should allow complementary use of it but they charge for it per person separately. Cons - Biggest issue was NO WIFI in the room. You can get wifi only at the reception area. Also, there was no mobile range in the room. No clear policy on kids stay, one person at the reception says upto 5 yrs is free, another says upto 9 yrs is free. However, MMT / IBIBO says upto 12 yrs can stay for free of cost. (paid 750 per kid per day) No hot water in the bathroom. TV set wasn't working. They don't change the bed sheets and towels every day. Pros - Rooms are quite bigger and spacious They have their own sheep like restaurant which has good ambiance and okay food. Many dhabas in the nearby area - Bhiwandi dhaba, SP dhaba and MAC d.
