Today I went Amritsar with my family and we resided in Krishna Residency they but booked a room for Rupees 1500 and firstly the rooms were quiet dirty and there was a big mouse which was on our bed when we were sleeping. We complained about the rats in the house and asked to refund our money but they told once the money has been paid can't be refunded. They didn't told us about the rats and fooled us. It was my pathetic experience I had in my life. My whole family spent 2 hours while finding a room and we all were very disappointed from this type of service. You should not visit this hotel and don't waste your money. A strict action should be taken against these rascals.

This place is near to the market and Amritsar Ranjit Singh Ji statue. The rooms were quite clean. But the people of that place consider Delhi people so differently. They listen to you but not on time.

Third class hotel with unprofessional staff. We reached there and they offered room firstly for 2800 for 2 days 2 room and then made us wait for 30 minutes to get the room ready. After that manager came and told reception guy mistakemly gave u that room you will have to pay extra 200 rupees. Reception guy named jitesh or something like that was totally unprofessional, rude, not accepting his mistake.
Pathetic hotel. I will not recommend you to go with this hotel. Room were small and of poor quality with a constant smell coming. There was electricity board left open with wires . A straight away danger to your life. Overall a very very bad experience. Will love to give in minus of there was an option but least is 1 so giving that. If owner is looking at this comment you sbould fire that reception guy as he will spoil your business

3 days amount paid at the time of checkin..later faced problem like no key for room..no t.v. working....didn't get what was promised.. no issue solved yet....waiting for the morning edit it later..changed the room back to reception ..dirty toilet..got it cleaned 2nd day.. 3rd day left room at 12 noon ..n told them of our train at 6 evening will b leaving hotel at 4pm aur belonging are to kept at the place they told close to reception..after we were done marketing before leaving hotel for station i went for toilet same toilet they told to use..1 person with (cap )came to the toilet and started knocking i was in i told ..then he came out and started shouting at reception..nahi use kar skte toilt clean h wo room.. "15minute se jyda ruk nahi skte room chodne k baad". .this was there behaviour..immediately we left the hotel...very bad stay..big mouse are roaming on beds they say room is ready for guests..hope this help others.. ."unchi dukaan feeke pakwaan.."
