Great place, good owner. Been staying here for the past 1.5 year and I dont think i have any complaints. There is good food around and all the facilities provided are top notch.
Firstly, the locality of the pg is nice and safe. Rooms, services and food is also quite good and homely. Market and convience is also quite accessible from here.

Doing marketing only through top on the page advertisement on Google search through key words. Ask them to share only Real/Exact photos over what's app; ppl are sharing fake photos and actual photos will be totally different when you reach on site. Go and see live kitchen where they make the food so that you can evaluate quality of material used in food making process and hygiene maintaied Take real review directly from tenants who are living there; ask owner allows you to talk to one to one with their tenant who are living in same accomodation where he will accommodate you; talk with any tenant who are living there without owner presence; you can get exact review from tenants who are living there.
I loved my stay here and people are very cooperative... homemade delicious food. And trust me there are no security issues.
