Neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, and many more to add for giving 5 star rating to this hotel. Best hotel to stay either individually or with family with decent price, I tried my hotels in this area in the past , but this is the best. So the over all stay experience was good but only one of the staff members really ruined the experience with his extremely unprofessional behaviour Saying that rest of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind Came to our service as soon as we made a phone call Unfortunately staff member Abhay ruined all our experience Not only he called my wife on her personal number once but twice at an unacceptable time asking for things which weren't urgent or necessary First call was made past midnight and second a few days later past the 11pm mark which I found extremely unacceptable First call was to ask for my wife's government id which was already submitted I would really like to have a chat with the owner as the whole stay was blissful except for the one staff member Apart from that you gotta remember Venue is mainly booked out as a wedding venue so it's big groups staying there We did experience a lot of noise during some nights.. Something to add windows don't open and glass is tinted so there's no view

Excellent service and staff. The food was excellent and the staff at Restaurant were so nice. We had Buffet breakfast and dinner both were very good.

I attended a wedding function at Krishna Palace Hotel. We got a valet parking service that was good. The banquet hall on 1st and 2nd floor is good. The hall in my opinion should have more washrooms.Clearly for a function of more than 300 paxs. the washrooms where running completely full. The food was average. The waiters where doing there best to keep the guest comfortable.

Standard Rooms was good although they are litte small but considerably for 2 person else service was up to the mark, staff is pretty cooprative overall very good experience safety, location, room ambience was one of the things we like

It's the worst hotel to stay at. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional and the worst part is they steal your belongings. My husband forget his brand new Shirt and trousers in the closet and within less than 30 mins we contacted the hotel and all they had to say was, the housekeeping staff didn't find anything although we are 100% sure we left it in the closet. The so called manager and the person at the reception was extremely rude and arrogant on the call. Shame on you guys
