Krishna Niwas The Heritage House - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

We spent two nights at this hotel and I had worst experience. I have not seen a hotel without WiFi. There is no hot water. We need to complaint and then they resolve. I need to take bath in my friends room as my bathroom has no hot water. Foods are also of bad quality. They don't provide water bottle as complimentary. I have stayed in many hotels they offer a single bottle for a day per person. Rooms were very smaller than expected... Worst experience. I would recommend not to visit this hotel anymore. We have paid 13000 for 2 days

Good place to stay with wonderful view, both in the night as well as day. Good service and this place actually restores the heritage property. Will suggest your stay. They help you to arrange the transportation according to your choice. This place is near to the main points and a beautiful location.

It's a very nice location and nice hospitality. Enjoyed a lot there and staff is very kind. Nice food and awesome trip. If come again then must stay here.

Very poor customer service. AC In Rooms, not operating properly. Shower gel is not available in the bathrooms, and despite repeated requests, no shower gel was ever given. They informed us that there was a lengthy list of breakfast alternatives from which we could select any two, but the morning only offered Poha and Aloo Paratha, both of which had a very bad taste. After numerous reminders, it took them 1.5 hours to serve the poha and aloo paratha and the Kitchen area was very bas Condition. We are prepared to leave for our trip at 7:30 AM, but because breakfast took longer than expected, we cannot leave until 10 AM. Do not trust what you see in the Pics of the Property. Garbage and Dumping area near the Parking. You can find hotels in metro cities that offer good service for the same price.

Best Hotel For Stay In Mount Abu...All Tourist Spot Under Max 3 Km Radius...And Guru Shikhar 12Km.... Hotel Location Is So Good ..Fully Natural Place...Hotel Food And Staff Is Good ....And Pure veg.

Great room with all necessary amenities. Great view of hills . Open garden also well maintained. Hotel management services very exceptional and polite.

The property is not maintained properly, and the amenities are poor. No bottled drinking water bottles provided complimentary in the room, no Wi-fi, peeling paint, bathrooms not clean (toilet seats). Not worth the amount paid !! Basic services like hot water - taps are not marked for hot or cold water, and every where a different fitting and looks like plumber mixed up the entire supply !! water was not available in over head tank had to inform them to get it filled again Dinner was not that good or tasty.

Wonderful heritage house. This heritage property is almost 100 years old. And it still gives heritage and rustic vibes. They have kept rooms in same old heritage vibes which makes you feel like you are at your home. Location of this hotel is the biggest plus with arbuda devi mandir just beside it and nakki lake being only 5 minutes away. Yet it is away from local noise of tourists in the city. In monsoon, you can catch clouds here and the beauty is beyond words. Staff is humble and helps you in every possible way. Food served here is simple and hygienic. They have huge outdoor sitting place with mountains surrounded and small garden too. There is children play area too. This place needs to be enjoyed like it is and not expect luxury because the rates are very cheap and location is awesome. They are going to renovate the property next year when it will be 100th year of it's existence.
