I had gone there last night for dinner. Their srvice is very slow in peak hours of 8pm to 10pm. And I also waited for 15 minutes with my family. U have to check first Their food is too spicy even if u order "Jain Food".U have to wait another 15min to take ur order nd take much time to bring ur order. Bathrooms are dirty and stinky.. I won't go againn

Worst Experience!! This review is for the restaurant that they have started right next to the original sweet shop!! I was advised by my relative to visit the place, as she had got good sweets from it's neighbouring sweet shop. I ordered Noodles, Paneer Manchurian and Chole Bhature as you can see from the pictures that I've added. I specifically asked the waiter(Krishna) who took the order to not add chilly to the food as my family doesn't eat chilly food, so was I assured by him that he will ask the chef to not add chilly. I received the food with a lot of chilly in all the three things that I ordered, when I complained, the waiter said we can't do anything about it as our Owner Sir has asked us to not replace the items even if it is bad, yours is just extra chilly!! He boasted that even if the food is made of extra salt, the owner has asked him not to get the food replaced or changed and ask the customer to eat whatever is served to them!! We ate the Chole Bhaturas as they were the ones with least chilly in them and we were hungry. We got the rest of the two items packed, since we didn't want them to serve our food remains to other customers (after what all happened, you never know). We later gave that package to the beggars sitting outside. The worst part that I experienced here was that the restaurant's staff mentioned, they don't have the power to help the customer even if they are willing to help them! Kudos to the owner and the Management, I'm never visiting or recommending this place to anyone!

One of the finest restaurant I visited in recent times. Full marks in respect of Cleanliness, Hygiene and food quality. Service is also excellent and the prices rates of different items are also decent . And above all the staff is well behaved and the atmosphere is also nice. Got very positive vibes whenever I visited this place on my last visit to Triveni Ghat. I think I had 3-4 times over here on my last visit. And last but not least the desserts served are delicious and yummy.

This is an excellent sweet shop with a small sit in restaurant and a live counter right at the entrance. The 'pani puris' are fresh and wholesome. The 'PAN' (beetle leaf) sweet that we had was a speciality and tasted out of the world. Everything else like the Rasmalai or Rajbhog and the simple Rasgulla tasted awesome. Located on the main road and illuminated to attract attention. Recommended for all during their visit to Rishikesh. The shop remains open beyond 10pm.

A unit of Krishna Sweet shop an epic sweet shop, which I've seen since my childhood. They had opened this restaurant around 2011, though it wasn't went well and eventually closed down. Now they have started again with better infrastructure. its a veg restaurant and shouldn't be wonder as its Rishikesh. I visited this in Feb 2021 for dinner and had Malai Chaap in starter and Paneer Makhani with breads, and was nice. The ras malai was yummy. The interiors were good and one of the best place to visit with your family.

They are so good and has Spacious seating. I really appreciate the taste of the food. Staff is quite friendly too.

Please do not get confused with the name . They have a separate restaurant as well. Visited there last night it was over crowded but the staff managed to attend everyone very well. Food was nice and reasonable. Specially the garlic naan served was very soft
