It is a nice and calm place, There are a lot of airy places, On Sunday there is a rush, There are two temples shri Datta temple and Shri Swami samartha temple, very peaceful temples both are, somewhat Krishna river has not much hygiene

Awesome Location in Sangli Need to do more cleaning. Saw plastic and sewage floating. This could be a great hangout location for Sangli people if maintained well.

Lovely place, very scenic.I also saw the youth of Sangli practicing Dhol for the Ganesh Festival. It was absolute bliss.

Wonderful place to visit in the evenings... we were visiting Sanglinand took a stroll by the ghat. There is a lovely garden up top and easy access steps down to the ghat. There was a Dhol Tasha group practising for Upcoming Ganesh festival and teams practising rowing too. Very idyllic with herds of buffaloes coming for a dip in the Krishna nadi. Do not miss getting local Ram Vishwas dairy products.. the Lassi was delicious.

One of the best recreational spot in Sangli located on the bank of River Krishna. There are huge steps where you can sit and enjoy the beauty and the view. Best to visit with family and friends. In the evenings there is Bhel available here. Evenings and early mornings are the suitable time to visit this place. The lighting on the Irwin Bridge reflecting through the water add more to the beauty of this place. Often crowded place. You can even do boating here. Avoid going to this place during heavy monsoons as this place gets flooded and sometimes there is even the risk of crocodiles. Very enjoyable place, do visit! Thank You.
