Dr is very helpful and polite.....On duties are there to help you all the time... worst hospital i have ever visited in my life. Hospital's staff and the Docotors are unprofessional they dont have manner how to talk with the atttendant.

I have visited The only problem was Vomiting and loose motions which are very minor in the morning he took me an emergency and put on a monitor and made preparations for dip. When ask for only medicine he told me we have not have any medicine then I reach medical store near PGI and took only few medicines after 2 hours I am fine. Such type of behaviour where requirements is very minor but he changed 500/ for registration and planning for too much is very bad

Excellent service by all staff specially Dr Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi he has treatement of my father .

The staff as well as doctors are untrained. We went for the UTI treatment of my mother as the condition was very serious. It was around 12 in the night. No doctor was available at the time. The nurses present on duty were untrained. They inserted the Catherater in wrong way because of which my mother was in severe pain for whole night. You cannot expect any support from the staff. I suppose the owner of the hospital is just there for extorting money from the needy ones. No empathy. The hospital is one of the worst I have seen in my life.

Worst service and behaviour as well. Hospital staff was too rude and even the staff ( including, ward boy, ward girls alongwith the staff member present on helpdesk/reception) were abusive. They demanded for about Rs30,000/ in advance before admitting the patient, I requested and asked for just 15 minutes of time to arrange and submit the required amount of fees, but till the time, atleast start the treatment as patient was in very serious condition. ( at around 11pm at night) they refused to admit and start the treatment in a very rude manner, untill I submit the complete amount in advance . So, I decided to shift my patient to Lokbandhu hospital because of the rude behaviour and pressure they were building on me for instant payment. I immediately called the ambulance, and asked the hospital staff for just 2-3 minutes as ambulance was on its way to me. But the staff started abusing me and refused to provide me 2-3 minutes to wait for ambulance and said, If I won't took my patient out from there hospital immediately, they gonna kick my patient out and throw her on the road from there hospital, no matter how serious the condition of my patient was ( even knowing that the patient was completely unconscious). At last, they charged me Rs3000/- ( I thought, it's for just one single injection and nothing else and to let the patient lay on there bed for just 3-5 minutes). But, after receiving the money from me they clearly said to me that they neither charged this amount for that injection, nor for letting the patient stay in there hospital for such a short period of time ( for just 5 minutes) instead, they charged 3000 for the arguments I had done with them for there way of treating my patient. I heard The wardboys and wardgirls abusing and cursing my unconscious patient for approaching the hospital late at night (before starting of our arguments) and for wasting there time , as they wanted to sleep at that time (even when they were on their duty hours) ( 11:00pm). They didn't wanted to treat my patient at night at all. instead, they wanted to take a nap (sleep). I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for any type of treatment as that would be just waste of time and money. Staff is having extremely bad behaviour and avoid stepping out of there comfort zone and they charge whatever comes in there mind with no relevance to the actual cost of the treatment.
