Starts with rude behaviour of staff in front desk and culminates in u leaving prior to what was planned earlier. Non working AC/TV/Geyser, Bathroom stink, dirty linen are the examples of their pathetic service.
Staff was very rude and service was not up to the mark !! their behaviour was not elegant! Rooms were not clean and charges were high also took extra money without any knowledge of customer!
Worst place to stay. Rude staff behaviour. They can't even speak politely. Dirty bedsheets, poor AC, power issues and lift was also off. They intentionally cut the power during midnight.
Hygiene and cleanliness are worst. Little overcharged for service they provide.
Everything was very good, very nice people, all did not let me have any problem here.
During the stay we have 3 rooms, first of all they don't accept online payment they demand extra money for the gst tax, in the morning 6 am power cut, I tried to call there reception number 28 , they had literally put the receiver down, at 7 am I reached the reception the staff was sleeping I woke them first' they denied my request to turn start power generator nd told me ki 9 bje tak wait karo. Agar nahana hai to mai 6 rooms ki request ek sath leke generator start karuga tab tak ap wait karo. Aur reception ka number hum 10:30 pm se 7:30 am tak off rakhte hain hum bhi insan hai. I told that hotel business line is 24 hour service they said na hamare yaha nhi hota hai. Nd I am posting this at 8 am still waiting for light. I have seen the owner appologising in the several reviews I condemned them because if they really care about custom they will really had done something about the same.
No Ac no geyser and they charged as per three star hotel. They gave chargeable water and we don't have any other option at 11 :30 night.
Room price is expensive. I have charged around 2200 for double bed room (for 4 persons) in morning I faced power cut issue nearly for 3 hours. But room quality is good. Staff member service is nice.
