They were very patient and spent lot of time to show the jewelry via video calls. They also sent me the videos and pictures of jewelry. My special thanks to Srikanth garu for taking time and making the process seamless. I am so impressed with the care they show towards customers. I just bought antique gold set from Krishna Jewellers for the first time and I'm super happy with it!
