Horrible support. Never have parts in stock. Keep changing parts but still unable to resolve issue with my car. It's been 5 years, the problem with my car's alignment and windows has still not been resolved. I have made more than 15 visits already. Didn't expect this kind of service from BMW, very disappointed.

Good place. Very good service and behavior of people . But it is very far away from city. It is at east most of Ludhiana.No place to eat nearby.if you are going there from clock tower side towards BMW then Leave highway after dhandari flyover I.e from Indian oil petrol pump go to service lane. If you are coming from sahnewal side the take slip road from kanganwal and go to right side slip road near jugiana go to ahed don't take you turn otherwis it will take you again sahnewal.
It's just ok but poor to sale product after my visit to showroom no call back from showroom
