The food in the hotel is very good but when it comes to room service it is very bad. The TV channels in the room were not working so I called 3 times but every time the answer was the same. Sir, I will send a person but not even till check out. No one came. And it was taking 2 hours to even give water and towels to the people in the other rooms.
It's at a great location - centre of everything but still quite Building still maintains it's good looks Was visiting the place after about 10 years Just one word - rank bad # Owner - I was probably one of the 1st person to stay in your hotel - this time came with me they just said one line "let's leave this place and find a better place to stay*
Overall hotel is good even rooms are clean and good.. but the service is worst.. if you are booking it online in advance then there is no coordination within staff.. the concerned person is giving confirmation for specific thing but at the time of your visit present staff is not aware about the same.
