One of the worst hospital, no one should visit this hospital, for doctors call over phone is more important than patients. They made us to wait for 2 hours and the reason was doctor was on phone call. Such as irresponsible and insane people has become doctor. I would suggest no one should come to this hospital, moreover they charge you more compared to any other good hospital.
New India Assurance co. Has blacklisted this hospital hence they have suspended cashless service requests for this hospital because they are not providing services as per standard protocols. If you want to go for insurance New India assurance will investigate your treatment in detail and might reject your claims also.

Very poor and worst Experience.... Zero cleanliness. No proper arrangements of ICU. Poor communication for patient helath. Untrained and Insensitive staff.I lost my father there but the insensitive staff didn't even call us there to meet him before he takes his last breath. My mother who was in ladies ward of Covid got depressed because of unhealthy and Unhygienic environment there. Also Medicines are sold very higher rate than the original. No discount on medicine
Hospital staff is supportive but as you all know this is covid hospital so we can't provide medicine to patient. Pharmacist is not giving even 1% discount on medicine. Before you admit the patient tell doctor that I will arrange medicine . At kranti chowk you will get around 30%discount on medicine. Canteen owner is also doing the same,price of items is double. I think all hospitals are doing the same.
Worst hospital. They charge a lot without any sort of service. Cleaning is zero. Not recommending at all
