The staff at parking lot was bit rude to me. As i kept my vehicle(bike) at parking lot he asked me to park outside. I don't understand why a parking space is there and not allowed to park . I came to visit my friend's mother who was admitted there. But since that staff didnt allow me to park inside i dont really understand whats the use of the space inside.

Truthfully saying..worst experience. Too expensive when compared to amenities they have.even staff weren't serving their best. even the reception didn't done good job .

Overall a Good hospital, but I have a very negative opinion about Dr. Raghunath, as he is mentally bankrupt, and is a very morally corrupt person. He sees his patients only as his sources of income, instead of seeing them as people who should be treated and cured of their illnesses. If this individual were not a doctor at this hospital, I would've given the hospital a 5 star rating. An old saying goes "One rotten apple spoils the entire barrel."

The staff at the pharmacy are nothing make the pharmacy a little bigger the people there are not bothering to read even a slip we give them.

Very poor service staff are rude if we ask for any clarity they says sorry I am new to hospital, recently I have taken my son he was suffering from fever suggested for trip injection that also too expensive they are looting patients,after all they charge additional rs400 as observation charge what observation they where doing! God knows if we ask for bill they will write the observation charge in a tocken slip and says bill is not available, will never suggest anyone here .

Good medical care,ortho ,gen medicineamd pharmacy inside,easy to access,clean rooms with good ambience, maintained well,but room rent is not affordablecompare to other hotels and hospitals

I paid with my mother's life ! Few years ago I took my mother to this hospital at around 11 pm and the entire staff was sleeping including the security guy. They were actually irritated to see us as if we were disturbing their sleep. Nursing staff particularly was very rude. They had only a junior doctor there and the main doctor was upstairs in his room. My mother's condition was getting worse and we had requested the senior Doctor to come down and take a look at her but he refused and informed us through the Junior that he will see her only next morning. By the time she had a seizure and gone in to a Coma and we shifted her to another hospital (Again security was fast asleep while she was being taken in an Ambulance) where she spent the next 15 days in a Coma and passed away. We wasted so much precious time there and I believe if she was given proper care she still would have been alive today. If you care for you and your family please stay away from this horrible place !!!
