You can get very good and tasty South Indian food and coffee. Love the rava dosa and parota kurma with coffee. Location very close to temple place can be kept more clean and kitchen as well.

Very nice South Indian food. Ambience of the restaurant is not good at all. But don't let that put you off. Food is really worth the effort of going here. Dosas are definitely the best here
Good restaurants very near by to temple bt during peak ours they accept crowd which they cant manage. So if it's corwded prepared your self fr very delayed services. No parking space. Their is one private car uncovered car parking opposite to the which they charge 30rp fr a car.
Poori is good. Dosa size is average (it tastes good though) cost is also average( around 60-80 rupees)
I would give a negative star (-2) if possible , the hotel attendant Kaliamurthy was rude and unruly. Very greedy , trying to be oversmart. Had booked for AC rooms however he did not give AC remotes. Worst of stay at any Hotels , NO BEDSHEETS , Plenty of Mosquitoes that came during late evening / night. Toilet Cistern / Flush did not work in 2 of the rooms (out of 3 rooms). There was no HOT water around 09:30 AM. Kaliamurthy also went about shouting at the elders , created nuisance and all. Will not recommend anybody to stay at this LODGE (this can't be called a HOTEL).
Good Restaurent at Tirukadaiyur. They serve South Indian Dishes which are very Good. They undertake catering orders for functions. Maintenance of place is just Ok. Most Hospitable People.

The stay was great. The beds were comfortable, and any problems were promptly solved by the staff. The AC rooms were a must in the hot weather. Great experience, and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay with family.

A small but very good and historical tea stall. Only three tables to seat. The tea was precisely made to right combination. A snack also available as sidedish. Road side parking available. It was crowded when we visit last time.
