I stayed here for two weeks and my stay was very comfortable. The hotel is owned by a very nice gentleman who is present in the hotel most of the time and does everything to make your stay a great one. The rooms are clean, though a bit small, completely fine for a single person. Every room has AC, TV, wardrobe and a table and chair. The queen size bed is on the stiffer side and very good for extended stays unlike the soft mattresses which give you a backache after 2 days. The hotel has good WiFi connectivity, simply enter the password and start using, no sign up or data caps, the speed at 30mbps is good enough for streaming. The bathrooms are also sufficiently sized, with a western toilet and gyser.
The hotel is located in a residential area which is still not populated fully and the surroundings are green, clean and calm. The Hebbal lake is a one minute walk from the hotel and is a nice place for a morning or evening walk. South Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner is available, and if you want something else, swiggy and zomato deliver here from all the restaurants in Mysore.
If you are travelling to Hebbal Industrial Area and looking for a budget stay definitely give this place a try.

Did not take online orders and when I returned to book the place with cash next day, they told me they will not book it for the same amount I booked for online the day before. They were also having a fight with OYO team. Rooms were good though.
Worst ever service and experience. Have booked the room with complementary Breakfast but was not provided till 10.30 AM inspite of giving several reminders and by 10.30 he was sending a person to some other hotel to get food and We waited till 11.00AM. once we came out to check and saw that person was standing near to that place without buying, and they were urging to pay money....After paying informed us that bill will be sent either in Mail or to my WhatsApp number, but still not received. OYO has become worst and really its not worth for the money... Advise will be, not to book any rooms here.
DAMN WORST SERVICE
I booked this hotel after reading positive reviews online, but to my surprise the hotel was a disaster. I went with my family, the bathrooms were so dirty that we asked for different room, then another surprise, the rooms were infested with roaches.
