I have been going to the gym for approximately 10 months now, i had some health hiccups but my personal trainer helped me out a lot for recovery. Training is'nt easy as he kept pushing daily, helping me surpass my previous limits and creating new PRs, obviously with the best form and technique. Honestly I'm very thankful to the gym really, my second gym experience and it is so good. 24/7 open gym, high quality equipment and training material its no joke. That's a lot of value.

I am a member since april 2022 A premium gym in saltlake kolkata. Admission fees is Rs 20,000/- for 12 months. They have all kinds of equipment, 6-7 treadmills, elliptical machine, step machine, full weight rack barbell, bechpress etc. Some trainers are very good some are ok. you have to try and see who fits you best. Sanjib Da and Prosenjit da is one of the best trainers in my personal opinion. They provide free yoga classes also with your subscription. Mens bathroom is in a bad condition and it needs to be improved.

Very spacious gym and spread across two floors. Separate CrossFit training area . Equipped with latest machines and weights. Quite satisfied with workout experience. Worthy of investing.

This is perhaps the best well equipped Gym in Kolkata I have ever experienced. It runs 360 O'clock.

Very well-equipped gym, spacious, air-conditioning works well, trainers are qualified, cordial and helpful. Debasmita and Zoeb manages the show well.

While attending the gym, I noticed that trainers (personal trainer + general trainer) tend to prioritize their attention towards those with a personal trainer, and make other gym-goers feel neglected. Despite performing exercises incorrectly, I have not received any corrective feedback. On one occasion, while performing a bench press, a trainer removed the weight from my rod without explanation, this is just an example of a situation. In my experience, trainers often seem preoccupied with their own work and tend to rush through any inquiries I may have, barely taking a minute to assist before walking away. Regrettably, the trainers do not follow up with clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly, as they are often found socializing with each other. In light of these experiences, I only found trainers Shipra from the evening shift, Ujjwal from the morning shift and Zoheib helpful. Nowadays, I find the gym to be overcrowded and often feel demotivated at the thought of working out under such circumstances. Machines are good. If you are able to do workout on your own then it could be a good place for you.
