Trainers are absolutely incompetent, judgemental culture between trainers and folks who do self workout. The locker service is pretty pathetic, found my locker open multiple times despite closing it. They have basic equipment which is decently maintained, but the gym culture is absolute trash - gym etiquette's are non existent. Worst of all, this was supposed to be a good gym but they don't even have a bench press. Not recommended.

Gym is not just about equipments, it's about trainers too. Till the time we had not taken the membership everyone was following up and super nice and promising. The day my husband and I paid money, the very next day it was about personal training. We denied to take PT and there after trainers stopped caring at all. I have gone to many gyms, this is the most unwelcoming gym of all. There is no system at all, we totally are reliant on YouTube and other sources for daily exercise. Zero contribution from GYM's elite trainers. If you are beginner then god help you!!

This gym is the best in Gurgaon and Delhi areas. There's good facilities and great services. Regardless of age , gender, experience, all members enjoy workout. Even if you're foreigner, don't worry!! You are always welcome. I really want to introduce you prestigious trainer; Ekjot sir, when you join it. He's the most popular trainer in this gym and his clients are beginners to professional. Because of his excellent knowledge and skills, they all are satisfied with his training. I appreciate his great support always.

The Gym is perfectly located in a mall with all modern machines and facilities. Equipment's and training is top notch. My trainer Mr. Ekjot is the most dedicated and true to purpose person. He makes tough exercises like dead lifts look easy and helped me saw my full capacity. Do drop by and experience for yourself.

Great gym. Amazing equipment, facilities and trainers. Its not overcrowded unlike most gyms that fill up too many people and don't have enough equipment and space. These guys have really balanced it well so it's very easy to work out here. I also want to appreciate, Nitin. He goes above and beyond in helping out with the training and I can definitely say that my workout has only gotten better and more effective under his guidance. Kudos to Kris Gethin! Highly recommend anyone in Gurgaon to check this out and start their fitness journey. Life is fantastic when you're fit!

Have had an amazing experience since i joined the gym in December last year. I am a heavy set guy .. 6 ft 3 in around 125 kgs... and never really worked out but did do some outdoor walks. Took personal training session from Archit, whos an excellent trainer btw. Generally used to fall sick within 4-5 days of starting a gym routine earlier but under his expert guidance the fitness journey has started well and am seeing some definite improvement in my general fitness levels. Other than that, the gym has free parking arrangement with the mall, which makes accessing the gym a breeze. Machines both quality wise and quantity wise is world class. All trainers seem to know what they are doing and are very helpful.

Been a member for a while and have seen huge improvement with my trainer Mr. Kamal. Very clean and hygienic facility with all modern amenities, ample parking, every machine you'll need and most importantly- knowledgeable trainers. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.

I have been going to Kris Gethin for about 3 months now and can safely say that it's one of the best gyms in Gurgaon. The facilities, trainers and machines are all top notch. I was going to another gym earlier and while that is great too, two things that really stand out for me at Kris Gethin. One is that the timings when I visit the gym, it's never overcrowded so it's easier to work out. There's also ample equipment for everyone to work out together and the crowd is really friendly and there's a great vibe while working out. Second that the trainers (or transformers as they're called at Kris Gethin) really help you out and are very committed to making sure you're regular and you're giving you 100%. I started my work out with Nitin (transformer and trainer at Kris Gethin) and he's fantastic. Can safely say that I would have not tried most machines and weight lifting without his encouragement and guidance. To top it, the music is always great too! ;) I would definitely recommend everyone to start their fitness journey here.
