Doctors and nurses have the worst respect through patients. i mean you guys are a private hospital don't be too stubborn. Next time when u recruit do some training class first on how to respect others. You guys don't even deserve this one star i'm giving

The thing about this hospital is- it's not that much advance in term of timing though the name is Advance hospital. You will have to wait for hours and hours to meet the doc. and the response will be like doc is coming , doc is coming but will never reached as you expected. Waiting waiting

The reception DO NOT receive CALLs. I sent few messages but received no replies either. During this pandemic times I believe it is necessary we avoid visits and communicate over the phone. If the hospital fails to understand the SOPs then there is nothing more to add. I do not recommended this hospital at all.

A private hospital where you pay for the service, and yet you get treated 'like' you are at due to make the payment. The staffs seem to be bloated with pride, to be treating their patients like lunatics. They are called 'patients' for a reason. They are vulnerable. The staffs need to be extremely careful with their action, words and tone with the patient. I have been extremely disappointed to see mishappenings while my grandfather was recently admitted as a cardiac patient at the ICU. My poor grandfather could never express himself while considering his state. Such vulnerable state of a patient is taken for granted here, we must keep this in note. My grandfather only happen to share how he was being treated when he got a 'little' better. But then again, this is a personal experience I put forth. There may, or may not be similar instances faced by others. Nevertheless, I hope such mishappenings are kept into consideration in the future. I do not want any other patient to suffer as my grandfather did on his hospital bed, laying helpless. Thank you

Firstly, the doctors are professional and very friendly. the ones whom i meet (ortho + Medicine). The nurses are less professional. And are needed to be trained in customer service relations and professionalism. Apart from that i don't have any issue with the facility or faculty.

Well it's been a good hospital from my experience so far.. But I really wish it would have online doctor consultation facility in these covid times. I am an immunocompromised patient and can't risk exposure, but I really need to talk to my doctor there. I don't have the guts to ring and talk to him.

What is the purpose of providing customer care number if you can't give your service available to customer ? Calling at the midnight means something, just think about it . Next time make sure the service available for 24hr just as said to the website.
