I met with an accident and was suffering from right knee ligament tear and meniscus injury. As the only treatment, i was needed to immobilise whole leg movement to minimum, for 6 weeks. As a result, my knee become stiff and find difficult to move as i wish. Physiotherapy was advised by my allopathic doctor, which i find no use.
