My recent experience with Krazy Solo Hostel has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had made a reservation at this hostel, looking forward to a peaceful stay, only to have my plans disrupted by the hostel's shocking greediness and unprofessional behavior. I was absolutely appalled when Krazy Solo Hostel asked me to cancel my booking after I had already made my travel arrangements. It's clear that the hostel's management is willing to inconvenience their guests for their own financial gain, which is nothing short of greediness. As a guest, I expected a higher level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction from a hospitality establishment. Krazy Solo Hostel's decision to ask me to cancel my booking without a valid reason demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and commitments in pursuit of profit. If you're looking for a hostel that values its guests and their comfort over sheer greediness, I strongly advise against choosing Krazy Solo Hostel. Their handling of my reservation showcases their willingness to prioritize profit above all else, at the expense of their guests' convenience and satisfaction. I hope potential guests will think twice before booking a stay at this establishment.

Absolute nightmare of experience. They cancelled our stay Inspite of 1 month prior booking, we even paid fully weeks back. They were extremely unprofessional & rude in their conduct. They behaved the same way with multiple friends of mine, all of us who are travelling to Mumbai for an event. All of our bookings got cancelled and he verbatim told "be glad I cancelled before one week not before a day". Each one of us had a bad experience dealing with these people. God knows how they have so many good reviews. They have no regard for anyone clearly except for money. Please do not book your stay with this hostel.

The service was good, host was friendly and helpful all the time. They even helped me with the printouts of my documents at the last minute. Recommened to every solo traveller and anybody looking for stay at a near place!!

This was my first krazy solo hostel experience and i must admit it was really good. This place is ideal for budget travellers who are looking for clean and safe stays. The staffs are truly helpful. The location and the property is safe for travellers which is helpful for people who have late night flights. Overall, the stay was worth the money.

Krazy Solo Hostel is an excellent choice for people who want a budget friendly room with the best services available. The rooms were extremely clean, as well as the bathrooms. We got breakfast every morning and the environment was welcoming and friendly. The location is a bonus too. I'll definitely consider staying here again when I come to Bombay the next time.

I'm very glad that I booked this hostel. It was indeed a home away from home. It felt like I visited a friend's house, living in Bandra. The breakfast was also good. And a big thumbs-up to the owner who manages the place so well and his hospitality.
