They will cheat you by giving less change. Better avoid but if you can't be vigilant while transacting
Worst bus service ever, they do not maintain their buses so their buses can break down anytime in between the journeys. This has happened twice while am traveling with this bus. Inspite of knowing that there are issues with bus, the management people take out bus and stops at the spot such that the passengers has no other options other than waiting for them to fix the bus or else they will provide rubbish bus as alternative. I have observed their buses often break down when they have less bookings done for the day. So instead of taking their vehicles they provide some rubbish alternate bus and fool Passengers.
Worst experience ever. They don't even care to call customer when bus is cancelled. When I reached to boarding point and called bus operator for arrival time, they simply said bus got cancelled due to price has changed. Asking for extra payment. And the behaviour of the operator was also horrible. Never travel with this operator
Don't book Manish travels for Gujrat they charge you 1500+ but no rules of social distance is followed, no one was wearing the mask and specially bus was so Dirty... They are doing frauds with customers and asking them to get down from the bus on Highway .. and ye you wont be getting any refund for the same.! Don't book any tickets from padmavati parking ..! Thye charge more and yes they are fraud..n!
Please don't book this bus, there is no time management. My drop timing was 9.30 and drop location was sangamawadi, But they drop at wagholi at 11.30 am. Also there is no fascility.
It is like Janta gadi. Took halt at Padmavati for 1 hour. They halted at Hadapsar until got 5-6 new customers and completely filled the cabin. I had booked ticket on phone, they took money from me but did not give paper ticket
Please do not go with this Krashnika Travels......I booked the ticket through PayTm and Krashnika Travels canceled the trip. I did not get my refund. They did not inform about cancellation. When i called them while i was waiting for the bus they said ..Bus is canceled. No messages...no Email ..no phone call nothing....Very very bad service.....Please choose MSRTC over this.
