Staff was courteous. Especially Victor's assistance was commendable, very soft spoken and knew the hospitality services we'll. Bathrooms could be given more attention, flush wasn't working and it looked below average. Door was not clean.
Supreme hotel for people who have luxury choice, pool was so good, nice enviornment, Staff were very hospitable. Loved it.
A really pathetic place for any type of party. We had been there for a wedding, and there's hardly any space for parking. The hall area was cramped and the food service area was a total chaos.
Very beautiful place.We organised a cocktail party and booked 20+ rooms for our guests who came for a wedding at MTB Kalyan Mandap which is next door.The service and the overall experience at KR Inn was exceptional and a special thanks to Mr.Abraham,Mr Syed,Mr Venu and to all the House keeping and Restaurant staff.
Very poorly trained front desk and administrative staff. They do not know what is Customer Support Or Hospitality.
