Worst place to stay, most of Staff are like criminals. Don't ever visit here.
The rooms were clean but the bathroom door was broken. The maintenance should have been better. If you are planning to check in earlier than 8 am you might have to wait for quite some time because you might find the reception unattended. I had stayed here for a wedding reception and i must appreciate the food served. The taste was super delicious. If the customer service and maintenance could be improved..it is a good place to stay
I lost my helmet which was kept on the bike in parking lot. A CCTV camera and a security too was there. When I asked about this in the reception, their reply was interesting. They said the camera is not working so that they can't do anything.
Very bad services during a wedding engagement lunch party, the hotel's staff and their event management team's behavior was very bad. They changed the ordered food item to something that we didn't ordered. Low quality food. The suppliers are very arrogant and arguing nature because of their own malfunction. The main management didn't respond to any one of our queries and staff attitude.
Nice place. It's a comfortable place for small marriage function. Kunnamkulam is near to it.easy to reach there for long bus travellers. It's a completely air conditioned auditorium. It have lodging also and a bar also
I participated in a wedding function. A calm and quiet place. The wedding hall and dining area are also wide.

Had a very pleasant and affordable stay at Victory Park In Residency . We stayed for 1 week in connection with Official tour. Its a new and well maintained one.The ambience , location and friendly nature of management team are the best to look out .
Nice place to stay at budget. The room I opted was standard room without AC. The only difficulty I had is non availability of hot water. I didn't have to park my car. I doubt if they have ample space for parking
Just would like to share an experience of mine with this hotel. This evening I came for the hotel Liwa Tower and they were fully booked but the gentleman's at desk saw me and they recognized me from my last check out. I was too tired and exhausted
