The coffee and snacks were good. The customer service was excellent. Smoke space to dine in comfortably. They also offer a wide variety of snacks and the cookies were an absolute treat. Parking is an issue. It is difficult to find a parking space during peak hours.

K R Bakes is a known brand having chain of outlets around the city. Tried food here only among them. Had lunch and evening snacks from this place so many times. Having vast menu right from snacks, sweets Kerala food, Chinese and bakery items.. Service is good and ambience is simple.. They had seating of around 20 with 5-6 tables appr. Also having seating inside which can accomodate another 15-20. Prices are bit more as compared to near by hotels. Food taste is okay, my choice to opt this place is location exactly on corner of bank Junction and the variety of items. Do try once if you're near by.

Today I ordered 2 chicken fried rice and 1 chilly chicken...all the items are over priced and the taste is very less...Before placing the order a staff said that the price of chilly chicken is 180...but when the bill came it showed 220 rupees...when I inquired about the matter...180 rs is the old rate and 220 is the revised rate...he said that he is unaware about the revised rate... Pathetic Experience!!!!!

Night dinner or snacks ambiance is not good family. Lots of strangers always standing besides the Shop and the atmosphere always surrounded with smell of ciggerate & beedi. The Shop owner must consider these things coz it's an open restaurant.

Variety food is there, but there's no proper menu and list available. Also the dishes are very expensive and unaffordable for common man.

Had black tea and roasted almonds.. they don't have many veg options as most of the dishes either have eggs or nonveg.. looking to the rush this joint is famous for stopover bite / light meal.

It is too costly. One tea 18 and one samusa 22. Normal people cannot afford when same thing available in nearby hotel for Rs 10 and 12 respectively.

Coffee & Snacks were good. But less staff were there to handle the crowd, so delay were there to take the order and service it as well. Interior were a kind of outdated and need maintenance.
