Chicken Shawayi is a must try of KR Bakery in Manjeri. They got juices and shakes as well. Very good tea.

Overpriced We ordered 2 quarter shawai and 2 shawai rice And 2 date juices The bill was 630 Shawai. 125 per quarter piece which is understandable Rice was 120 per plate..which is a bit overpriced You have to pay 245 for a shawai and rice You can get full shawai and rice combo for 590 No bill was given

The customer management is not up to the expectations from a Well-known brand like KR in this outlet

I got worst shawaya from kr restaurant yesterday, that was not properly cooked, and they are not even ready to say sorry for that .So please try to make good conversation with customers and at least try to make us happy with your words

Had dinner from here. Butter chicken Chilly chicken and chappathi. I think this hotel is good for Arabian foods. They serve the arabic dishes within seconds. But we have to wait for these orders.

customer service was waste 0.1 /10...I couldnt experiance this typ of behaviour from any other KR branches.. We ordered shaway rice nudles fried rice nd shaway.. They provided cold half shaway withoufor each us along ths... Size of shaway doesnt have big size dfrnce from quater shavway from other branches... Normaly quater shaway will given to a person if they have commensence like other hotels.. We came to ther late time..they tried to sell unsold items to us.. They also asked whether we need kondattam chiken also with ths....purly buzines minded kr branch without consider customers mind ....dear shaway Food lovers..dont chose this branch.....U can chose other kr restorents with same food in manjeri town.....not this one...u will get same quality food from other branches

Service is toooooo bad.. still they are following 90's system.. waiter is not friendly and communicative. They should change the style of taking order and serving food to customer... he does not pays attention to customer..
