Hi,I got to know about KPR s biofit through my friend.I am so pleased that I have known biofit through her. Workout is really fun.We never get bored..be it 1 hour session or 1.5 hours.Trainer takes extra care with each individual. He keeps us motivated and encourages through the difficult workouts.I would highly recommend anyone to try the classes with KPR s biofit and I am sure it will improve their wellbeing.
