The service that they used to do is no more i would say. Over priced 2k transportation 500 for packing which is not at all worth it. Delayed delivery and no proper tracking service, damaged my vehicle new turn indicator, scratches in the right side of the vehicle (refer photo), number plates were bent and lot other scratches. I would recommend only if your vehicle is old and you don't care about getting small scratches. And every message of them has the disclaimer "Hi SATHISH-ANY DAMAGE NO CLIAM!" Overall i regret for getting my vehicle over this parcel service.
I had been used KPN speed parcel for my bike courier from hyderabad to chennai. It took 9 days and observed scratches in doom and silencer protector slightly damaged... Packing is average... They charged 2800rs...
Delivering goods on time @best shipping charges. Parcel services are not opted for home delivery remember you have to walk their door to pick it up. Comparing to courier agencies its a right way transferring goods in terms of costing. It has the option of "To pay" - you can let the consignee to pay the shipping charges at the time delivery.
The parcel service is very poor. They completely broke my computer table, a wheel is Missing in my office chair and lot of damages. The worst part is no one takes responsibility and I'm not compensated for the damage. I prepaid 600rs for the service that to I didn't get back. All I got is full of frustrations.
I like KPN travel. But when comes to their parcel service is not too good. Because over priced and they people charges at least Rs.200 extra then bill price.
Worst parcel service. I received my cycle from my hometown to Chennai. My cycle's back wheel was punctured and their response to it was worst. The staffs are irresponsible and they doesn't treat their customers well. Travels is ok. I booked an seat in their travels from my hometown to Chennai. They don't maintain the time prescribed. They made me to wait for an hour. But the seat was nice.
This was one of the worst parcel service I've ever seen. I sent my two wheeler to bangalore. When I recieved there I'm able to notice around 7 damages including 3 major damage of dashboard break and dent at the sides. They didn't give the proper answer for the damages and they are telling like damage will happen for sure in all vehicles.
