Very worst customer service . 1) Bus is always getting delay. 2) they are not even provide water. 3) customer care persons telling different boarding points. Like ( night they telling one place for boardng, by morning tell another boarding point). 4)the morning customer care person. Not even ready to hear what u going to tell. 5)they are not ready to stop the bus on the way. If in case of emergency. 6) Ac is not effective.even they will not switched on. By second time we facing this problem

Never on time. Always late. Drop time was somehow close to the time mentioned on ticket. No blankets. No tv. Cbe to Chn 615am bus from Gandhipuram. Bus was neat.

Very good bus 10.30 sleeper from CBE to BLR

Hideous. The ac vents are emitting a foul smell and it seems like the ac has been switched on just moments before the passengers got in. The bus feels like an oven. The curtains are torn. The response given to the grievances by the staff in the bus is very disappointing. I expect better quality for the price I paid.

Very worst behaviour to customer. Not treating passengers properly. Not giving respect to customers. Very worst travels that ever i had seen. No proper response about the boarding point and continuously changing boarding points till last minute. Very worst time scheduling. Not providing water bottles and not stopping for emergencies.

Bad experience. Bus had brake issues and swapped 3 buses in 8:30 hour journey which should be 6:30 at max. Stopping at every district and extremely slow reaching destination. Had to get down at Hosur to change to a different bus cause they didn't have permit.

a very worst customer handling , they never kept proper timings , they made me to wait for too long to get-in bus. never gave respect for passengers, nothing costs you feels that you are in a comfortable journey, very worst attitude, they even didnt stop anywhere for emergency decentries. each and every time when you call for enquiry, someone will attend and speaks like they are the owner and they will give completely different details about timings of bus, bus interior smells very bad, they never cleans the floor and seats. travel timings are appreciatable Ones. if the travel time is 3 HOURS, they will take you roam for nearly 4 & HALF HOURS, and openly no safety for LADIES who travels single in bus. LADIES PLEASE AVOID these kind of bus especially when you are going to travel alone..
