Very good place but too traffic in evening, and so I was 2 hrs late.
Great customer service in Office but, when I travelled to Bangalore from Nagercoil, the bus was too bad lots of gutmals ( mootta poochi). When we ask the staff they said this is what we have. And the back window glass was broken. I hope they don't have those kind of buses now
Such a nonsense travels run by money grubbing unprincipled people. They cancel buses at will and inform you 15 minutes before departure when you wait at boarding point. The worst part being taking no responsibility in even refunding the money too. There are so many newer travels with clean and punctual buses. AVOID KPN even in dreams!
Suggest not to travel by KPN forever. Have travelled by 9.00 P M bus to Bangalore, in professional service, the driver seems to be so pathetic, SETC is far better than this bus for sure. He stopped in petrol pump for 30 mins, later in next 30 mins for dinner for 30 mins, later 30 in Tirunelveli pickup. This vehicle goes worse than passenger vehicle.
Worst experience ever. Kpn staff in offices are very irresponsible. The sleeper a/c bus was supposed to depart at 8:15pm. Instead it departed at 10:15. When asked they shouted at the passengers. The driver n the conductor were so rude to the passengers. They literally shouted at me when i asked them why the plug point wasnt working. Halfway through the conductor asked everybody to get out and take another bus of theirs.They didnt bother to reply when i asked them the reason. The bus was also not a sleeper. They just forcefully made ppl get out. I will warn my friends n family and anybody else against booking a bus in kpn.
Good. Their Volvo and multi axle Volvo busses are quite good but non AC busses are not up-to the mark. For traveling from Bangalore to Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Martandam, Trivandrum and vice versa people can prefer their services. As far as my knowledge is concerned they don't charge extra during festival seasons. Some of their staff members are not up-to the mark.
Travelled from nagercoil to Chennai. Bus arrived and started at the exact time. But was too slow and reached Chennai late. Bus was neat and good. Overall experience was okay.
