Safe & comfortable Speed maintained... Neat Beds.... We have no experience of travelling in Night Sleeper bus, That we slept at our destination, the staffs shouted like anything & woke as up ... At odd hours of 5.15, It happens- We slept off, that s our mistake only- But They cld ve been more courteous.... In a shock, we woke up, it ruined our mood of the day ..... Staffs shld be taught to be more polite....

KPN parcel service is the very worst service I have ever seen. We sent our bike from chennai to karur. We sent it on Tuesday and they assured that it will be delivered on Thursday but we didn't receive till Saturday. On Sunday we visited the office informing the officials prior notice. When we went to the spot, they claimed that the office is closed Sunday. Atleast they should have informed us when we contacted them. Mr Vijayan, the in charge doesn't know how to handle the customer. His wordings were very offensive and not professional at all. Also the clutch was broken and we couldn't move our bike at all. I recommend the parcel service to no one. Very worst and waste of money and time

Very very worst in customer care nobody is attending the call in any city I tried around six cities chennai trichy karur dindugul madurai no one attend the call then how can we ask our doubt online data is not available in 2023 very very worst don't book in kpn service I was totally disappointed waste of time Try mss transport very pakka in attending the phone as well as online U can also try Parveen but costlier and tvls which is cheap and really perfect and at time

This travels is known for punctuality and cleanliness previously but this is missing these days. Although they buy new buses, the new buses too are not properly maintained. They also do not answer landline when we call them as bus has not arrived at boarding point since long wait. It creates and scares us that we have missed the bus. They have lost their reputation after so many non-punctual and unanswerable calls.

One of the leading travel company Most secure traveling for all peoples in long travel and pickup drop service is very good, parcel service is very fast and safe but door step delivery option is one of the drawback , all traveling bus are very clean and neat . passenger are very clean to maintain the service but parcel service office is not maintaining clean ,one month delivery goods in office but almost all service is very good

I have used them multiple times but what can I say,I use them when I have no other alternatives. I'm just gonna be honest and list out some of the major problems/bad experiences I faced with KPN 1) There are no restrooms in KPN offices or stations , as you can see this can be frustrating, especially even more so for women. 2) Buses often don't arrive on the scheduled time. I would say there is a 50 % probability that your buses are gonna arrive at least 40 mins after the scheduled time 3) Once when many buses were delayed at once the KPN office staff got tierd of answering concerned travels and just walked away ,leaving us waiting for 3.5 hours before our bus came. And no one informed us the bus numbers or did we get a text or email. I had to up to every KPN bus that arrived for the next 3-4 hours and check with them one at a time. There are more minor problems like the bus qualities are in consistent, rude management which can't listen you your complaints etc. Drivers and good though, but it's a mismanaged system and even though I have approached KPN management they pass the buck around. I recommend using KPN when trains aren't an option.

Very worst service from KPN, Had pathetic experience with my trip from karur to Bangalore. They have cursed the scannia trip. Our bus arrived at 1:45AM, which is suppose to arrive 11:50PM and there is no regulation in seating & they won't provide any bedsheet. Also Bus is full of blood bugs. It is better to go in government or SETC Bus rather choosing Scania in KPN.
