Dr Paul was consulted for eye infection, the root cause of the issue was identified and treatment was adviced within limited time, shows the experience. One of the experienced and oldest eye specialist in ernakulam. Had consulted Paul Dr. decades ago, the overall experience feels better along with better improved hospital facilities. Good overall service from staffs, they are very helpfull and cooperative. Make an appointment during op timings before walkin to avoid delays. Recommend.
Best doctors I have ever met. I did lasik surgery at KPM. The doctor was really nice. He explained each and every step very clearly during the surgery. KPM provides the best service at reasonable cost. I would like to suggest KPM to all who are planning for a lasik surgery.
I have ordered contact lens from KPM and they provide is with WRONG POWERED lens. We got to know this only after couple of days, when we contacted KPM and asked about the power mismatch. This, I believe is a serious mistake you guys have done since wearing the wrong power can have impact in the eyes. When informed about this to the staff, their reaction was even surprising, as they consider this as a usual scenario. This experience is really disappointing.
Based on the google reviews,I went and consulted the doctor,but the experience was really bad.I had headache and the doctor provided me with reading glasses(felt businesses minded) which was not effective.Then I consulted another hospital.
