Treatment and hospitality was good at the janani section(gynaecology and pediatrics). And it have a spacious canteen and a gif and toys store, and well maintained cafeteria in the same Janani block. But the main issue is car parking. They don't provide parking space for patients. Hospital's parking area is limited only for doctors. It makes very difficulty for patients and bystanders. There is a private pay parking system outside of hospital.

Very bad experience ever had please go to some other good hospitals. Very Arrogant staff especially in the 4th floor nurses (one fat lady and one lean lady no idea about that idiots name) . Due to their bad behaviour we decided to shift the patient into another hospital, after the one day survival from there . They intentionally delayed the discharge and refused to give the structure to shift the tired patient from the room to the ambulance. And finally we approached to the PRO and he asked to arrange the structure . Very pathetic service even in general hospitals also will get more facilities and good behaviours than this. We forwarded one grievance form to the PRO, Whether he accepted or rejected. No humanity found from the lady nurses... please find some good hospitals than this.....

Unpretentious but efficient, busy yet quick, knowledgeable yet humble, stressed yet empathetic. This is top quality care hospital. I visited Dr Shivshankar few times to treat my dad! He is an outstanding doctor and even better human being!!

The attitude and bed side manner of the doctor in orthopedic surgery is very insulting. The security staff has better manners than the doctor. When conveying the patients concern he is saying if you can't manage pain then sit at home alone.

Very worse and pathetic experience in this co-operative hospital which have no cooperative nature. If there was a zero star option I would have opted for that. My father in law was admitted in this hospital who got refered from other govt hospital. He had a cellulitis on his leg which resulted in high fever and UTI, this was already diagnosed from the former hospital. He was admitted 3 days in ICU with high fever and was treated and never consulted by an on call surgeon for cellulitis which made the case even worse. After 3 days of ICU admission an aged patient was shifted to ward at almost 2 am midnight which was not acceptable at all. AND PLEASE NOTE he got surgeon consultation on the forth day in the ward and My wife her sister was shocked seeing the patients leg ( who have walked and came to hospital). This made us to take a very good decision to shift the hospital. The discharge process was almost UpTo 4 hrs like they delayed the process intentionally. Most of the medicines were not used and information was made that it has already been refunded on the bill. Later we recognized that same medicines were not returned Later today my wife and her sister approached the hospital for the same and they let them to go here and there for the same . The staff at the third floor for very rude and disrespectful to ladies and told them to wait for 1 hr once they recognized their mistake regarding the return of the medicine. Being and kozhikode resident we always opt these local man friendly hospital for the treatment. But now onwards we will never go there and will never ever suggest. Dear Authorities kindly act on this that in future no one should suffer.please make sure that the one coming with pain should not leave a hospital with more pain which happened to us Pt name( BABURAJ N)

Honestly pathetic services and caring from Emergency department Doctors and Staffs. My grandma went to there on 31/7/2023 due to pressure variation and admited to Emergency dept. Doctors caring was utter pathetic. They were prescribed only Epilepsy medicine. Not even give a pressure medicine. Still my grandma suffering for the same. Done various tested for money Today we went there on 1.30 PM due to fever and caugh and facing the same issue. Doctors are really useless. They are not even give a antibiotic to my grandma till 8.40 PM. Only gave Dolo 500. So I decided to shift to other hospital. They were done ECG, MRI scan, EEG, Blood Tests. This is our worst experience with this useless hospital. They need money only. Patients happiness and pain relief is not a concern for them. Really disappointed

On September 14, 2023, my sibling was admitted to a hospital. The behavior and carelessness of the nurse on the women's ward on the fourth floor were abhorrent.The test result is also inaccurate on the next day. When I initially questioned the staff, they claimed that the blood had not been extracted; they now claim that the incorrect value was entered by error.

Very good hospital in Calicut, best service they are providing to patients, so many times i feel good from this hospital, and also best genecology department is there .
