KOZHI.IN POLLACHI BRANCH - Fried chicken takeaway in Pollachi - Sivaganga, India

We used to visit once a month and we have been here thrice and it didn't harm us in any way. We thought that the food was prepared well and in a hygienic way. But, the day before yesterday when we went, both me and my husband got food poisoning because of the dinner we had there. I will not go again in the future. Will not recommend this place as it lacks consistency and the service takes a lot of time.

I just bought 1 kg fried chicken combo for Rs 800. While getting I didn't feel this was 1 kg and double checked with shop owner and she confirmed that. After returning home I checked the weight and its weighed only 650 gram with the box. This is called cheating. I wanted to call the number on the box to complain but that number doesn't work. If my house is close by I would have gone again to return the item. Very disappointing.

We have been here many times but in recent days the taste and quality dropped drastically, it used to be a very good place to have burgers and fried chicken in Pollachi. But the last time we had the food taste was average and it also affected our health Will not recommend this place as this is happening for us repeatedly for the second time in the recent past.

I ordered through online Bbq chicken wrap and paneer wrap Both were not good ... Pricing also high
