Kovilakom Resort - Resort hotel in Muhamma - Alappuzha, India

It was really a surprising place, we friends with six people really enjoyed this resort rooms ambience everything was a really awesome especially I need to mention about the service manager Mr Manoj what's a kind person to give a fantastic service and his colleague kitchen cookers was perparing a quality food for us.. surely I'll visit again with my family to give them a nice relaxing experience in their holidays.. I need to thank you the MD mam from her kindness and service...

Very Private place.. super Views.. good Rooms, good place to take Photos ... nice place to spend with limited crowds ( max 15 person only can stay at one day) very near to Muhamma Boat jetty can do Island visit through SWTD boats rs 100 per head also to kumarakom by Rs 16 per head 30 min Travel very near to this place... Back water Lake views are super. But ......

I went there to attend my best frnds wedding, the rooms seem luxurious and wonderful. About outdoor... Its just WOW!!! The nature,fresh air, the lake side view all was kind of relaxing for me.... Love it!! Staying there ..

Very worst hotel service and staff's, I complained for room service no one responded Waste of money and time

1.The management should make some modifications to the rooms. The number of charging outlets in each room is very less for this generation. 2. The wifi is not reachable at most of the rooms. 3. Customer handling must be done in a better way. Some lame excuses which were made cant be justified. The comments are strictly based on personal perspective.

Road leading to the resort is very narrow. There is no ample parking place. If a function is conducted in the open area, only one toilet is available, which creates a lot of problem.

Ambience was average. But poorly maintained areas and rooms and very poor customer service. Lack of cuisine options for breakfast. Also the road to resort is so narrow and congested.

Rooms were not well maintained, the care taker wasn't so cooperative and guest friendly... Food options lacked variety especially breakfast... Place was peaceful.. not the best spot when you require some activities around
