An average type hotel, near airport and industrial areas of Cochin. The only thing I liked about this property was its structure, an old cultural Kerala style property. Food was ok but not upto our Delhi taste was Swiggy/Zomato helped.
The staff here were very hospitable, kind-hearted! Our room was clean and comfortable. The resort itself is on a river so we were able to enjoy a gorgeous sunrise right outside our room. For breakfast, we ate a traditional South Indian meal, very hearty. We enjoyed tea and fresh fruit with other visitors. We enjoyed our time and would be back!
Nice place to visit and enjoy Kerala tradition . Staff is very hostile and good enough in every services. This is my first time visit to Kerala, I really appreciate the effort of the manager of this hotel for good management and food services. Thanks for giving me a chance to review about the Kovilakam Heritage. This place is really soothing and near to river bank , totally enjoy the sunrise view also.
Small rooms,not provide rooms,toilet,bathroom in our drivers...it's big mistake..
Extremely poor service. Till 8:45 AM there was absolutely NOBODY to cater to any guest let alone setup the breakfast which was supposed to be inclusive. Then we learnt from another resident that he was finally served breakfast at 0930 the previous day. As I had to reach for a business appointement I had leave without taking any breakfast. The manager who did turn up to check us out when he saw us load our car, did not have any remedy or solution just seemed helpless.....

excellent property and a great place to organise functions. great place to stay, and rooms are well maintained. Friendly staff.The food was also delicious. The property is clean and has a fantastic old-time charm.
The rooms are good but small and clean bathroom. But cleanliness is a issue. Could find hairs on bed and pillows. And breakfast u don't get early.
